常年招生每年一次，某些班级可接受插班生，请在四月中旬或八月中旬打电话询问 。

Depending on the attrition rate of our individual classes, consideration would be taken to admit new students during our 2nd Term (May to Aug) or 3rd Term (Sep to Dec) on a case-by-case basis. (Interested applicants can call our office for updates on the vacancies available)

• Registration is on First-Come-First-Served Basis.
• Acceptance into the course is subjected to available vacancies for the respective class and FULL PAYMENT of the course's term fees.

Payment Mode:

• Cash or Cheque only, crossed and made payable to "Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan Arts & Cultural Troupe"

Things to Bring:

• Child's Birth Certificate for verification.

• Passengers alighting at Toa Payoh MRT Station:

• We are located beside the Esso Petrol Station and diagonally opposite the Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (Toa Payoh Office).
