福建会馆少儿合唱团即将成立

会馆文化艺术团将在最近招收有兴趣于歌唱的少年儿童，成立少儿合唱团。

我团在过去曾多次在大型演出或节庆场合呈献少儿合唱节目，也让有演戏及音乐才华的团员在 大型童话音乐剧如“皇帝的新衣”、“神笔马良”、“阿里巴巴和 21 大小盗”等演出中载歌载舞，娱乐观众，但却从未正式成立少儿合唱团。

少儿合唱团将由艺术团总监黄树平老师带领。黄老师毕业自英国伦敦基尔贺音乐及戏剧学校（ Guildhall School of Music & Drama ）, 有丰富的指挥合唱经验。

合唱团将朝向“歌声优美动听、表演轻松活泼”的目标发展。团员将学习基本乐理及合唱发声，并有许多演出机会。首个演出目标订在 11 月，希望能在会馆的“福建文化节”中初试啼声“。

少儿合唱团开放让所有 8 岁（小二）至15 岁（中三）的少年儿童参加，例常练习时间为星期六4.30pm-6.00pm 。或上网报名（www.shhkact.com.sg ）便可。我们将另行安排试音时间。

Recruitment Drive for SHHK Junior Choir

Hokkien Huay Kuan Arts & Cultural Troupe is in the midst of forming her Junior Choir.

• Interested applicants aged 8 to 15 years old (Pri 2 to Sec 3) are welcomed to audition.
• Applicants will be contacted at a later date for a scheduled audition.
• Choir practice will be scheduled weekly on Saturday, 1630 to 1800.
• The choir first scheduled public performance is expected to be at the Hokkien Cultural Festival in November 2010.

SHHK Junior Choir will be lead by the Arts & Cultural Troupe Executive Director, Mr. Wee Shoo Peng.

Mr. Wee graduated from Guildhall School of Music & Drama and has a wealth of experience conducting choirs
